I thought step #4 would be the easiest since I had done all my fussy cutting before I started gluing. I had seen other people in videos about this challenge have their images picked out, cut, and words chosen, before they started, so I decided to do it that way. I thought that would ensure that I would not be frantic at the end of the 15 minutes. Boy was I wrong.
I noticed that the people I had watched just barely glued the pieces down. Just using enough glue that it would stay put, and then go back and finish gluing after the 15 minutes is over. I didn't start out that way, but by the last 5 or 6 pages I was just slapping some glue on and putting the image down. Trust me on this, 45 seconds is not enough time to do a neat gluing job, and that is how much time you have per page. Below is a group shot taken after step 4.
Step 5 was not nearly enough time to do all the pen/marker and pencil doodling that you want to do. It makes you realize why some people do all the steps again and others just do "free play" after step 5.
You definitely do not have a finished page when you finish step 5, but you are well on the way. I have not decided if I will do the second round method or the free play method to finish my pages, right now I am leaning toward the free play method and focusing on 1 page at a time. I am not going to make this decision now because I am tired. I will decide tomorrow.
However I decide to do it as I work on these pages some more I will post updates. In the pictures below I grouped the pages in smaller groups to make it easier to see each page.
